I warn you that sat/ directory and binary is missing in the native CentOS 9 flavour of SALOME 9.13.0, found in SALOME-9.13.0-native-CO9-SRC-d45002fdac93f1461c287681db6e4719.tar.gz archive.
First, this is not a problem as SALOME 9.13.0 do not need extra dependencies (packages) as compared to SALOME 9.12.0, which do have sat.
This is just surprising as sat can be found in other SALOME 9.13.0 flavours, as I noticed in Ubuntu 22.04 and universal binaries flavours.
