Hello,everyone.I convert Mesh of Salome into OpenFoam files.In OpenFoam create 5 files.In the files with the name 'faces,neighbour,owner and points’there are nothing but a bunch of garbled code as in the attachment showed.How I can solve this problem?

If you don’t have pyramids elements in your mesh, try exporting it into unv format and use ldeasUnvToFoam to transform it to polymesh format.
