I struggle with the same problem. Have you found a solution yet? In my case, I want to utilise SALOME for a QGIS plugin to generate meshes for hydraulic modelling.
At the moment this fails due to the problem I cant run the native compilied SALOME packages on the arm64 architecture. Therefor, I now trie to get an UTM virtual maschine running, emulating and amd64 architecture. I reckon performance will be rather poor, but I can keep you updated how it goes.
If anyone else found a solution to get SALOME running on arm64, any help would be much appreciated.
