I am trying add viscous layer in 3D hexahadron hypothesis, but every time I compute it, it gets stuck at 32%, help me to identify if I am missing anything, I have attached my hdf file

You have to decompose your mesh correctly and label the patches correctly. If you do this, you will easily get the viscous layers desired. The software should easily mesh this simply case, if its not, then you need to further preprocess your geometry.
