Crash instead of "file not found"

for the next update of salome i have a suggestion. Currently Salome crashed when with “recent file” a file is called and this file was moved by hand into another directory.
Better would be in this case an error message: “file not found”.

This problem is specific to Windows.
On Linux, I get the following error message in that case:
