Can't use MG-Hexa, cannot open shared object file

Hello.
For some reason, I can’t use MG-hexa for hexahedral meshing.
I receive this error when I try to compute:
Problem with library SalomeMeshGemsKeyGenerator: libSalomeMeshGemsKeyGenerator-2.15-1-UB22.04.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
What can I do to resovle that problem?
How can I get Distene license?

you need to reach 3DS and request a license for MeshGems 2.15 suite. See this link: 3D Precise Mesh | 3D Mesh Generation Software | Spatial
