2D planar mesh with internal pattern

Dears,

I need to create a mesh in which the elements fit the internal lines that I show in the image below. The edges of the elements must coincide with the internal lines.

Do you know a tutorial where I can learn how to do it? Can you help me with this topic?

PD: I want to use Salome for creating mesh for SAP2000 analysis. (The automesh of SAP2000 is very bad).

Hi,

you can use Partition to add the edges to the face. The mesh will then be conformal.
